3 Reasons Why You Need A Personal Trainer

Reason #1 - Motivation and Accountability
One of the barriers that most people face when attempting to start or stick with their exercise plan is lack of motivation.  Just when it seems like you are on a roll something happens.  Change in work schedule, longer work hours, sick kids, sick you, or the stress from it all.  We've notice during our years of personal training that this is the most vulnerable and significant time in our client's fitness journey. History shows us this is when they fall off the band wagon.  But as their personal trainer we avoid this potential ship wreck by keeping them focused on their goals.  Others need our personal trainers for accoutabilty.  They know if they make the commitment they will be less likely to miss the workouts.  Fit Essentials personal trainers will give you the jump start you need to get on track and keep you excited and motivated.

Reason #2 - Guidance and Education
After a few failed or partially succesful attempts many people will exercise simply because they do not know what to do, how to do it, or when to do it.  We select the right exercises, construct the best exercise routine, and carefully develop an effective fitness plan just for you. During your personal training sessions we teach you the proper form and techique of every exercise, taking the worries of potential injury away. Workout Smarter, not Harder.

Reason #3 - Creativity
Ok. You are experienced and consistent in your workouts; know all the names of the exercises and understand the difference between slow and fast twitch muscle fibers.  But you've reached a plateau, the last 10 lbs won't come off; your bench press is not getting any stronger, and your are getting a little frustrated.  Let Fit Essentials personal trainers spicen things up with some new exercises and routine re-configurations.
