home | Stability Ball Size?

Do you know what size Stability Ball you need?
Health Fitness Connections

Did you know that the proper use of the Stability Ball depends on your height? Below is a ball size/height chart.  If you already have a stability ball and it does not indicate the size on the ball try this testing method to determine if the ball is the right size.  Sit on the ball with good posture with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle (sit normally).  If your thighs are parallel to the floor then you have the right size ball!  If your thighs are slanted downward (knees are lower than your hips) then the ball is too BIG.  If your thighs are slanted upward (knees are higher than your hips) the ball is too small. Hope that helps.
